New Mexico Wild! 2011

The New Mexico Alliance’s wolf stamp that Virginia Maria Romero painted for them was featured on the cover of New Mexico Wild! (Summer 2010), the official newsletter of the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance. Centered on themes of conservation—including coverage of the Mexican gray wolf—the issue highlights her work as a visual expression of the region’s wildlife and environmental stewardship.
